The Picanté: Spice up your sip

Bursting with a bold blend of chilli, coriander and fresh citrus, this cocktail is the perfect pairing for our new Hot ‘n’ Spicy range, available on the menu now. The Picanté: Spice up your sip

Picanté

Serves 2
Total time 5 minutes (plus freezing time for your ice cubes)

Ingredients

  • Handful of fresh coriander
  • 2 limes
  • 1 chilli (remove the seeds if you like it on the mild side)
  • Handful of scotch bonnet chillies (for your ice cubes)
  • 50ml sugar syrup
  • 100ml white tequila
  • 50ml triple sec

 

Method

1. Freeze your scotch bonnet chillies and water in an ice cube tray overnight.
2. Roughly chop 1 lime and muddle with the fresh coriander and chopped chilli.
3. Add the lot to a cocktail shaker with the juice of your remaining lime, tequila, sugar syrup and triple sec.
4. Shake with lots of ice.
5. Double strain your mixture into a glass with your scotch bonnet ice cubes and enjoy
